  1. Calculate your net earnings using the ADP PAYCHECK CALCULATOR.
    1. The average undergraduate engineering co-op pays $21 an hour.
    2. Undergraduate engineering co-ops may last from 4 to 6 months. 
  2. Deduct $1,703 for mandatory university semester fees.
  3. If you plan to use campus housing and meal plan, deduct $7,500.
  4. Remember that you are not charged tuition during an NCE undergraduate full-time co-op, so that is a cost not accrued to you during the semester.
  5. This will give you an estimate of your net income!
